Xbox headset troubleshooting

If a headset connected through the Xbox controller does not work, first confirm the controller and headset function when connected directly to the console.

The supplied connection guidance recommends firmware 2.0.9-beta.43 for the known Xbox headset issue. Read the firmware guide before changing versions and only downgrade when the headset problem requires it.
