v1.05 Stability Changes

  • Profile 5 storage has been changed to save more safely.
  • The duplicate Dunk Bind storage location was removed.
  • Right-stick features now use an ownership system.
  • Only one major automated right-stick action should control the stick at a time.
  • This applies to:
  • Shooting
  • Dribbling
  • Dunking
  • Quick Stop
  • Other automatic RS actions
  • Conflicting RS actions now wait instead of fighting each other.
  • Quick Stop will not activate while another major RS action is already running.
  • RS Shooting now checks the physical right stick rather than script-generated movement.
  • Shot randomization is selected once when the shot starts and remains fixed for that attempt.
  • Physical Square/X and remapped Square/X are now tracked separately.

  • Range:
  • 0–9000
  • Suggested starting range:
  • 30–80

Auto Hold Mode
  • Press Square/X once.

  • It releases after the configured Auto Hold MS duration.

Main setting:

  • Auto Hold MS
  • Range:
  • 0–9000
  • Suggested starting range:
  • 450–600 ms

Always close the menu after changing a profile.

Remap Button
  • Moves shooting onto:
  • L3
  • R3
  • Only enable it if you intentionally want stick-click shooting.

Smart Timing
  • Applies a small automatic timing adjustment based on shot context.

  • Fades
  • Off-dribble situations
  • Leave it OFF until your base standstill timing is consistent.

Fade Assist
  • Adds an extra wait when a fade is detected.

Pull-Up MS
  • Provides a timing adjustment for off-dribble pull-up shots.

Shot Vibe
  • Provides vibration feedback during a normal shot.
  • Shot Vibe MS controls its timing.

Auto Stand
  • Fully automated standstill shooting path.

Related settings:

  • Auto Speed
  • Auto Tempo

Leave it OFF while learning manual Rhythm.

Button Shot
  • Button Shot is a separate shooting system from Button Rhythm.
  • It reads left-stick movement and holds Square/X for a calibrated duration.
  • It can account for:
  • Standstill shots
  • Fade left
  • Fade right
  • Optional catch situations

Use either:

  • Button Rhythm
  • OR Button Shot

Do not use both while initially calibrating.

Button Shot MS
  • Controls the Square/X hold duration used by Button Shot.

Fade Toggle
  • When enabled, moving the left stick away from the basket at shot time can classify the attempt as a fade.

Fade Tempo
  • Adds timing delay to fade releases.

Turbo Shots
  • Provides reverse / turbo-style fade behaviour.
  • Often involves R2.

Fade Vibe
  • Provides vibration feedback for fade timing.

  • After RS Hold Time is reached:

Leave RS Shooting OFF while initially learning Button Rhythm.

RS Hold Time

Quick Stop

Location:

  • Menu → Misc → Quick Stop

To turn Quick Stop ON/OFF:

  • Use Up/Down.

To configure its bind:

  • Press Cross/X on Quick Stop.
  • Enter one or two buttons.

Example binds:

  • L2
  • X + Square
  • R2 + Circle
  • L1 + R1
  • L2 + X

Supported inputs include:

  • X
  • Circle
  • Square
  • Triangle
  • L1
  • L2
  • R1
  • R2
  • D-pad
  • L3
  • R3

After two buttons are selected:

  • The bind saves automatically.
  • The bind menu exits automatically.

To leave the bind screen early:

  • Hold Circle for around half a second.

A short Circle press can itself be used as part of the bind, which is why holding Circle is used to exit.

In game:

  • Quick Stop must be ON.
  • Press the configured bind.
  • The script performs the hard stop.

Feature Conflicts

Button Rhythm + Button Shot:

  • Both attempt to control Square/X.
  • Use only one primary shooting system while tuning.

Auto Stand / Auto Fade / Auto NoDip + manual Rhythm:

  • An automated path can activate when you believe you are manually timing the shot.
  • Keep them OFF until manual Rhythm is consistent.

RS Shooting + Button Rhythm:

  • Can make it unclear which shooting system activated.
  • Learn Button Rhythm first.

No-Dip + Fade:

  • Can create confusing behaviour if both conditions overlap.
  • Learn and test them separately.

Very high Rhythm Tempo or Auto Hold MS:

  • Can move the scripted timing far outside the useful shot window.
  • Return toward the recommended starting values and adjust gradually.

Too many active features:

  • Makes troubleshooting difficult.
  • Add one feature at a time.

Recommended Learning Order

Foundation:

  • Button Rhythm ON
  • Mode = Rhythm
  • Rhythm Tempo = 30–80
