Important eFootball Setup

• Use the Classic controller layout
• Set Feint Command Type to Advanced for consistent skill execution
• Some menu labels and skill names are intentionally preserved from the original FC version, but the gameplay functions underneath have been converted for eFootball

Menu Navigation

Category Screen

• D-Pad Up / Down → Move between categories
• D-Pad Left / Right → Turn the highlighted category on or off
• Cross / A → Enter the highlighted category
• Square / X → Exit the menu

Inside a Category

• D-Pad Up / Down → Move between settings
• D-Pad Left / Right → Change the value or toggle
• Hold L2 / LT while adjusting → Adjust values in larger steps
• Square / X → Return to the category screen

Gameplay Mods

• Auto Jockey: Automatically applies eFootball's Match-up command when the script detects defensive input, while avoiding constantly holding L2/LT during normal attacking movement.
• Perfect Sprint: Limits the maximum R2/RT Dash strength to your selected percentage.
• Sprint Strength: Sets the R2/RT output used by Perfect Sprint from 0–100%.
• Precision Pass: Converts a normal low pass into an eFootball Stunning Low Pass by automatically applying full R2/RT.
• Fast Dribble: Automatically applies a moderate Dash Dribble while moving, giving faster movement without constantly forcing maximum sprint.
• Speed Boost: Converts a sprint activation while moving into eFootball's Sharp Touch using the required double R2/RT input.

Perfect Timings

• Perfect Pass: Automatically holds the low-pass button for the configured amount of time.
• Pass Timing: Adjusts the Perfect Pass hold duration.
• Perfect Cross: Automatically holds the cross / lofted-pass button for the configured amount of time.
• Cross Timing: Adjusts the Perfect Cross hold duration.
• Perfect Shot: Automatically holds the eFootball shot button for the configured amount of time.
• Shot Timing: Adjusts the Perfect Shot hold duration.

The timing values are in milliseconds and can be tuned to suit your preferred power level.

Precision Shot

• Low Driven Shot (Old): eFootball has no direct FC-style Low Driven Shot input. This option now uses the closest eFootball-native finish for the selected shot type, with the standard version using a short-power Stunning Shot.
• PS Low Driven: When Perfect Shot is enabled, this converts the Perfect Shot into an eFootball Stunning Shot by automatically applying full R2/RT during the shot.
• Lace Shot: Selects the normal/lace-style shot path. When combined with the Low Driven option, it uses the short Stunning Shot substitute.
• Finesse Shot: Uses eFootball's Controlled Shot behaviour with R1/RB + Shoot.
• Flair Shot: eFootball has no direct universal equivalent to FC's Flair Shot modifier, so this uses the closest normal finishing behaviour.
• Power Shot: Uses eFootball's Stunning Shot behaviour.
• Auto Power Shot: Automatically applies full R2/RT whenever you take a compatible shot, turning it into a Stunning Shot without manually holding the modifier.
• Auto Power Aim: Automatically forces the Left Stick toward your selected aim angle during a power/Stunning Shot. Adjustable from 0–359°.

Skills

• Skill Up
• Skill Down
• Skill Left
• Skill Right

Assign one available skill to each Right Stick direction. Flick the Right Stick in that direction and the assigned move will execute automatically.

The original selectable skill list is retained, but FC-specific moves are translated internally to their closest deterministic eFootball Advanced Feint rather than sending FC-only controls.

Flex

• Flex Up
• Flex Down
• Flex Left
• Flex Right

Assign one flex/aerial skill to each Right Stick direction.

To activate a Flex move:

Hold L1/LB + R1/RB and flick the Right Stick in the assigned direction.

Available options include Around the World, Triple Around the World, Flick Up, Sombrero variations, In-Air Elastico, Reverse In-Air Elastico and Chest Flick.

Visual

The Visual category only changes the Zen OLED interface and does not affect gameplay.

• Theme: Dark / Light
• Brightness: Adjust OLED brightness
• Screensaver: Adjust screensaver delay
• Border Style: None / Simple / Double / Rounded
• Selection Style: Solid / Outline / Arrows / Blink
• Progress Style: Changes progress-bar appearance
• Layout Style: Compact / Spaced / Centered
• Max Visible: Sets how many menu items are shown at once

Recommended Setup

1. Set eFootball to Classic controls.
2. Set Feint Command Type to Advanced if using skill mods.
3. Open the menu with L2 + Options / LT + Menu.
4. Enable only the categories you want.
5. Enter each category with Cross / A.
6. Configure the individual mods with D-Pad Left / Right.
7. Adjust timing and percentage values to your preference.
8. Exit with Square / X.
