Tekken 7 — Kunimitsu Controls
- Before playing: Select this script’s slot on your Zen, choose the named fighter and start in practice mode with the normal four attack buttons. These instructions describe the supplied file; compilation and gameplay have not been verified.
- Choose your side: Click L3 when your fighter is on the left, facing right; click R3 when on the right, facing left. Repeat after swapping sides.
- Use standard mode: Start with the default mode. L1 toggles an unfinished alternate mode; if all right-stick attacks stop working, tap L1 again to return to standard mode.
- Start a combo: Hold the right stick right for the uppercut launcher, left for the two-hand launcher route, up for the jumping-kick route, or down for the running-kick route.
- Other attacks: Hold R1 for the general jumping-attack sequence, or R2 for the slide counter-hit sequence. The slide route needs a counter-hit opening.
- Specialist routes: Hold L2 with Triangle for the back-turned route, Square for the uppercut route, Cross for the jumping route, or Circle for the counter-hit sweep route. Use the correct starting position.
- At the wall: Hold L2 and press/hold the touchpad for the wall combo while the opponent is against the wall. Keep L2 held for the sequence.
- Move and attack: Push the left stick fully away from the opponent for repeated backdashes or toward them for running movement. Left stick up starts a low-kick follow-up sequence; left stick down starts the back-turn sweep sequence. They are attack shortcuts, not sidesteps. Set your facing direction first.
- Stop: Centre both sticks to stop a stick-started combo. Release all four shoulder buttons to stop a shoulder-started combo. There is no master off switch.
