• Fix: System pause-menu (Options/Menu button) no longer desyncs the crouch-toggle, stance gesture, weapon quick-select, or recoil-restart state. See mx_menuOpen.
• Fix: The script's own sens/toggles/quickmap OLED menu had the same desync bug (crouch logic never paused for it). The same guard now covers both.
• Fix: Settings (sens/deadzone) and quick-map slots relied on get_pvar / set_pvar, which do not persist reliably on this hardware and were being written on every single D-pad repeat tick while held, causing EEPROM write-hammering.
• Settings are now plain session state seeded from constants.
• They apply instantly and hold for the session, same as before in practice, minus the wear and dead writes.
• Cleanup: const int → const int16 (Zen Studio deprecation).
• New: SOUTHPAW stick swap toggle.
• New: RECOIL CTRL master kill switch (instant legit-mode).
• New: OLED manual off toggle.
