Guides
Opening and Closing the Menu
- Hold L2/LT and press Options/Menu to open the mod menu.
- Press Triangle/Y to close the menu and return to gameplay.
- Controller inputs are blocked while the menu is open.
Navigating the Main Menu
- Use the D-pad to move through the menu categories.
- Press Cross/A to open the highlighted category.
- Use Triangle/Y to exit the current screen or close the menu.
Choosing a Weapon
- Open the mod menu with L2/LT + Options/Menu.
- Select the weapon or loadout section.
- Use D-pad Left/Right to cycle through the available weapons.
- The weapon name will appear on the Cronus Zen screen.
- Press R2/RT to continue to the weapon’s next configuration screen.
- Press Triangle/Y when finished.

Choosing Attachments and Settings
- After selecting a weapon, use R2/RT or the relevant menu category to move to its attachment and configuration options.
- Use the D-pad to change the highlighted option or value.
- Press Cross/A to select or confirm an option.
- Use L2/LT and R2/RT to move between related configuration pages where available.
- The selected weapon profile already identifies configurations such as Holo, 4X, Boost or Overdrive.
Choose the profile that exactly matches the weapon and sight currently equipped in Rust. For example:
- AK with Holographic Sight: AK HOLO
- AK with 4X Scope: AK 4X
- LR with Holographic Sight: LR HOLO
- SAR with 4X Scope: SAR 4X
Saving Changes
- Settings are stored by the script as they are changed.
- Exit the menu using Triangle/Y after configuring the weapon and attachments.
- Reopen the menu to verify that the correct weapon profile is still displayed.
Important
The recoil profile must match both the equipped weapon and its sight. Selecting the wrong Holo or 4X profile will produce incorrect recoil compensation.
