Starting values
- Start at Tempo 30 ms
- Stability 100 ms
Testing
- Take 30–40 shots in different spots outside the 3 point line
- Start with standing shots
Adjust
- Slightly rushed 30 ms: +1
- Slightly slow 30 ms: -1
- Keep adjusting up or down until its working
